Mapping

Offline will provide the mapping of free cultural resources and creativity tools already available online in each partner country, as well as defining those skills and competences necessary to use digital resources. This will allow an in-depth analysis of the phenomenology on the degree of digital divide between low ICT skilled adults and their propensity towards this type of contents.


Offline Mapping is based on multiple results:

  • Creating a self-assessment tool to measure the aptitude to navigate correctly through cultural, informative, scientific contents, etc.
  • Creating a repository digitally categorized by themes (Culture, information)
  • Creating a set of case studies

The Offline Platform becomes a focal point to stimulate critical thinking, intellectuality, research and in-depth study.
